HEY, I'M ANGLA!

And I've been where you've been.

From a young age I wanted to understand how I could intentionally shape my body the way professional bikini athletes were able to.  So I dedicated myself to learning their secrets, even competing on stage so I could understand how I could apply them to my own fitness journey.

I quickly discovered I wasn't cut out for body building.  But I COULD apply their knowledge and secrets to help shape the perfect body for ME and maintain a level of fitness that would serve me the rest of my life.

Learning these secrets has helped me gain peace with my body and true enjoyment throughout every step of my own fitness journey.
