✅ If you're not sure where to start with exercise I’ll help you create a workout plan tailored to your specific goals and preferences.

✅ Then for the next 4 weeks I'll support you as you implement that plan with weekly online check-ins to review progress, make adjustments, and stay accountable.  AND you’ll have private anytime talk/text access to me through the free Voxer app—so whenever you need guidance, motivation, or just a quick answer to a question, I’m here for you.
